Tom Cavanagh is a Canadian actor, director, and producer. He's known for Ed, Love Monkey, Trust Me, and for his recurring roles in Providence and Scrubs. He is perhaps best known for his portrayal of the various versions of Harrison Wells in The Flash.
He made a guest appearance as Mickey in the CBS crime drama television series Blue Bloods in the Season 4 episode, "Ties That Bind".
