"To Tell the Truth" is the eighteenth episode of the first season of Blue Bloods.  

Synopsis 

 When Danny witnesses a murder he quickly identifies a suspect, the only problem is that the killer is a suspected drug trafficker who has a history of witness intimidation. Erin introduces him to the prosecutor on the case, Lyle Greene who has been very unsuccessful in any prosecution of Salazar. Before Danny can testify, Linda is kidnapped as leverage and the family has to identify the mole that orchestrated it.
