"The Bogeyman" is the twelfth episode of the fourth season of Blue Bloods.
Synopsis
When an new, deadly brand of heroin hits the streets, it’s effects are felt by the whole city, including a party that Nicky is at. After she tells Danny about the kids who OD’d at the party, he uses that connection to begin tracing the drug’s distribution, hoping to find the dealers before more lives are lost.
Meanwhile, Frank suggests a buyback program to the Inspector General, hoping to stem the tide of deaths causing tension.
Elsewhere, Eddie and Jamie stop a purse snatcher who strongly reminds Eddie of herself when she was younger, leading her to try to help the girl.
