"Mob Rules" is the fourth episode of the seventh season of Blue Bloods.
Synopsis
After Lieutenant Gormley is beaten up outside of his home, Anthony Abetemarco steps up and asks to be part of the investigation since he knows the neighborhood. Unfortunately he is estranged from his family in the area and they are less than cooperative.
Meanwhile, Jamie and Eddie witness an SUV almost take out a man, but inside is a corrupt Homeland Security agent and Detective who force them to arrest the man they almost hit instead. Jamie searches for a way to help the innocent man, who is in more trouble since he is undocumented.
Elsewhere, Danny attempts to befriend a possible witness in an effort to sway him into testifying. It seems to work, until the witness is threatened by the gang he would be testifying against.
