Michael Nouri is an American actor best known for his role as Nick Hurley in Flashdance, Eli David in NCIS, Neil Roberts in The O.C., and Phil Grey in Damages. He made a guest appearance as Nick Constantine, a rehabilitated ex-con, in the CBS crime drama television series Blue Bloods in the Season 6 episode, "Town Without Pity".
