Luis Badillo

Luis Badillo was a Police Officer in the New York City Police Department. He served at the 29th Precinct.

Badillo in the first few appearances is the type of cop who doesn't care about who he hurts, as long as the job gets done, until is Partner Edit "Eddie" Janko-Reagan set him straight.

History[]

Officer Badillo Became Eddie's partner after her Partner Rachel Witten Resigned from the NYPD.

Officer Badillo became Eddie's Partner in Season 12 Episode 6 Be Smart or Be Dead and is still Eddie's partner as of season 14.

In the series finale, he and Eddie are ambushed by gangsters. Badillo is shot and left critically wounded, as Eddie tends to him. Despite her best efforts, he doesn't make it and dies in the hospital, much to Eddie's grief. The NYPD quickly launch an investigation and Badillo's killer is arrested at the hospital. Eddie personally cuffed the shooter with Badillo's own handcuffs.
