"Justice Served" is the eighth episode of the fourth season of Blue Bloods.
Synopsis
Frank’s childhood friend and mob lawyer, Angelo Gallo, is shot just after the two have dinner. It is revealed that the attack was a hit due to Gallo resigning as the legal representative of a mob boss who had a witness taken out recently and Frank must figure out how to help him without putting his life in further jeopardy.
Elsewhere, Danny has jury duty in which his insistence that the defendant is innocent leads to a mistrial but he and Baez reinvestigate the case in an effort to prove the boy’s innocence.
Meanwhile, Eddie is sexually assaulted by a date but she doesn’t want to press charges for fear of being seen as a victim and incapable by her fellow officers. Jamie keeps insisting that she press charges anyway to make sure he can’t hurt anyone else.
