"Inside Jobs" is the thirteenth episode of the third season of Blue Bloods.

Synopsis

Erin is invited to a fundraiser by a socialite, Sophia Franza, who then asks her to head a cancer charity shortly before the dinner is overwhelmed with rats.

Meanwhile, Danny and his new partner, Candice “Mac” McElroy, investigate when a man is thrown from a car with multiple rat bites. Quickly it becomes apparent that the attack was related to a union beef related to his job. When Jamie mentions the rats at the fundraiser, Danny starts looking for a connection between the two incidents and a nickname given to him by a suspect.

Elsewhere, Frank is drawn into a dilemma when a bigoted talk show host is coming to town. While a Congressman, Mayor Poole and Reverend Potter want to try to prevent him from coming to town, Frank doesn’t believe in muzzling free speech. He’s further put in the middle when the talk show host, Curtis Swint, asks Frank to provide security for his event, believing that Frank will be on his side because he is white.
