"In The Box" is the sixteenth episode of the fifth season of Blue Bloods.
Synopsis
A man arrives at the precinct and Danny leaves Baez to explain to him why he needed to come in and about a restraining order that would keep him away from his daughter. He pulls a gun and takes Baez hostage, demanding his wife and daughter come.
Meanwhile, Garrett’s stepson Sam is arrested and he tries to get Frank to pull some strings to get Sam released into his custody for rehab.
Elsewhere, Jamie and Eddie go out of their way to try to raise funds for an elderly widow to bury her husband of 50 years, especially since his murder is unsolved.
