"Help Me Help You" is the sixteenth episode of the sixth season of Blue Bloods.

Synopsis

Linda becomes worried about a coworker whose ex-husband has been visiting her, angry over her engagement to another man. She asks Danny and Baez to have a talk with him and get him to stop harassing her.

Elsewhere, Erin grows concerned over the behavior of a former mentor who has become harsh and biased on the bench. When he throws out critical evidence in a case she is presenting, Erin goes against her boss and files a complaint which results in her suspension.

Meanwhile, Frank ends up at odds with a Councilwoman who proposes a bill that goes against the Department's "broken windows" policy.
