"Friendly Fire" is the second episode of the second season of Blue Bloods.
Synopsis
After a frustrating morning, Danny and Jackie are approached by a man claiming there is someone with a gun. When the guy appears and doesn't obey Danny's commands, he shoots, only to find the guy's badge when he falls down the stairs.
Frank is faced with being in the difficult position of having to balance his duties as Commissioner with being a father. When IA hears from witnesses that Danny was considered agitated they begin to delve into his mental state around the time of the shooting to determine if that affected events.
