Dino Arbogast was the former NYPD chief of department. He also served as chief of the Organized Crime Control Bureau (OCCB/OCIB) prior to becoming department chief. In 2014 he was forced to resign after a blackmailing scandal interfered with his loyalty to the Department[1].
