"Devil’s Breath" is the twenty first episode of the third season of Blue Bloods.
Synopsis
When a man is found outside a hotel, covered in the blood of his dead girlfriend and with no memory of how it happened, Danny and Baez investigate. It is discovered that he was under the influence of a drug known as devil’s breath and they have to determine if he killed his girlfriend or if he is just another victim. Meanwhile, Jamie responds when an off-duty officer steps in and stops a robbery in-progress. When he smells alcohol on the officer’s breath he attempts to help by giving him mints but instead draws more attention to it. Elsewhere, Erin must decide how to handle Nicky’s potential suspension when she refuses the school administration’s demands that she cease a protest against locker searches.
