Denise Donohue is a NYPD officer with the K-9 unit. She is the owner and caretaker of her K-9, Ray. She's forced to keep Ray confined to a cage after being accused of getting loose and biting someone. Frank Reagan later comes to see her and Ray about the incident, even going through K-9 trials with Ray. He later concludes that Ray is innocent and did not do what they accused him of.
