Charles Palminteri is an American actor, screenwriter, film producer, and playwright. He's best known for his role as Cheech in Bullets over Broadway. He's also known for having starred in A Bronx Tale, The Usual Suspects, Analyze This, and for his recurring role as Shorty in Modern Family. He made a guest appearance in the CBS crime drama television series Blue Bloods in the Season 3 episode, "Secrets and Lies". He later reprised his role in the Season 4 episode, "Justice Served".
