"Cellar Boy" is the twenty-first episode of the first season of Blue Bloods.
Synopsis
A couple in Frank's neighborhood are found murdered in their home, their troubled son nowhere to be found and the immediate suspect. Danny is assigned the case due to familiarity. Both he and Erin are having a hard time believing that Ronnie, as troubled as he was, could commit murder.
Frank agonizes over the budget cuts the Mayor wants to impose, trying to find a way to prevent losses among the NYPD because of it.
Meanwhile, Jamie's gun goes missing from his locker at work and he immediately suspects the Blue Templar is targeting him, more specifically Sonny Malevsky.
