Bianca Sanfino is the sister of Noble Sanfino. She previously dated Johnny Tesla and kissed Jamie Reagan when he was undercover as Jimmy. In "Women with Guns", Bianca calls Jamie that Johnny Tesla is dead and that he was murdered. She asks to meet Jamie alone to talk about it. She tells him that she was at a family member's christening with Tesla and he gets angry because Noble and his uncle Phil accused him of stealing files from his work and that he was innocent. She is convinced that Jamie knows where he is and won't tell.
