Bebe Neuwirth is an American actress, singer, and dancer. She's best known for playing Dr. Lilith Sternin, Dr. Frasier Crane's wife on both the TV sitcom Cheers (in a starring role) and its spin off Frasier (in a recurring guest role).
She's made guest appearances in the CBS crime drama television series Blue Bloods on several occasions where she plays Kelly Peterson, the Inspector General (now former) of the NYPD. Her latest appearance was in the Season 8 episode, "The Devil You Know".
